In an interview for Týden.cz (July 2026) the founder of Techno Life explains that a long, healthy life rests not on big resolutions but on small things we do every day.
“Health is not a one-off act but the sum of the rituals you do for yourself every day.”
She names three areas: clean oral-care tools where bacteria build up, timely care for cold sores, and an evening wind-down for good sleep. “I see sleep as the foundation of mental health,” she says.
“Prevention begins where stress ends and care for inner balance and cleanliness begins.”
